Holding Policy
* Requires a credit card number and first nights deposit which is non refundable.
* All reservation booking a Cabin or Vacation Home will be required to fill out and sign a Rental Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
*Rooms in the Main House and Cottages : 1st nights deposit is non-refundable and other nights booked can be canceled prior to 10 days of reservation.
*October, Holidays, Groups, : 1st nights deposit is non-refundable and other nights booked can be canceled prior to 30 days of reservation.
*Vacation Homes and Cabins: Please see Rental Agreement.
Smoking on porches only
All reservation are subject to a $20.00 Amenities fee
Pets only Allowed in designated accommodation (additional charges apply).

September 2011 Groupon Deal
#1- Not valid October and Holidays.
#2- Groupons can be used after the expiration date September 30th, 2012, but can be redeemed at face value.
#3- Guests may redeem one Groupon per every two nights stay.
#4- A MAXIMUM of two Groupons can be used in a four nights stay.
#5- An additional night attached to the Groupon has to be at full rate. No other discounts may apply to the second night.
#6- Additional charges such as pet fees, additional people, upgrades, etc will apply.
