Holding Policy
* Requires a credit card number and first nights deposit which is nonrefundable.
* All reservation book a Cottage or Vacation Home will be required to fill out and sign a Rental Agreement.
Cancellation Policy
*Rooms in the Main House: 1st nights deposit is non-refundable and other nights booked can be canceled prior to 10 days of reservation.
*October, Holidays, Groups, : 1st nights deposit is non-refundable and other nights booked can be canceled prior to 30 days of reservation.
*Cottages & Vacation Homes: Please see Rental Agreement.

Groupon Redemption Information

Thank you for purchasing a stay through Groupon. If you are trying reach Blue Mountain Mist by phone or email, please bare with us as we do all we can to respond to the high volume of requests we are receiving.

As of right now, we are not accepting anymore Groupon bookings for the following dates March 2-3, 9-10, 16-17, 23-24, 30-31 / April 1-3,6-7, 13-21/ May 4-15, 21-30 / June 1-2, 8-9, 22-23, 29-30 / July 13-14, 20-21 / Aug 3-4, 10-11, 24-25/ Sept 14-15, 28-29. We have already filled all available rooms for those dates.

We do require a 3 night minimum for the following dates Nov. 24th - 26th, Dec 26th - Jan 1st, May 25th - 27th, July 4th - 7th, Aug 31st - Sept 2.

If you are wanting to book anytime from January 2, 2012 on, then you may
do so through our booking engine by fill out the online form and placing your Groupon code in the special request section (you credit card will not be charged).

10 day cancellation notice required or fee up to 1/2 the Groupon price may apply; on the following dates/holidays, 30-day cancellation notice required: 10/1-11/10, 11/23-11/26, 12/26-1/1, 2/10-2/14, 5/25-5/28, 7/4-7/7, 8/31-9/3
