Grounds

As you top the last hill, you'll understand why Norman and Sarah Ball chose to build their inn on the family's 60-acre farm. To your left on top of the hill, the beautiful Victorian-style farmhouse invites you to come and relax on the big wrap-around porch. Because the Blue Mountain Mist Bed and Breakfast is nestled in the foothills of the Smokies, the views are superb with a mix of valleys, rolling hills, and mountains, and are ever changing—from the blue mist rising from deep within the valleys to the glow and shadows from the evening sun on the mountainsides. Every aspect of the Blue Mountain Mist is enhanced by the beauty of nature.
